Cancellation Policy
At Avada Beauty, We get it! Life Happens! We totally understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things pop up! If something urgent comes up and you can't make it, just give us a heads-up. We're all about keeping it cool and working with you!
*Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hrs prior. If not, we'll charge you 50% of the service, because hey, we've got to keep things fair.
*No-Call/No-Show Policy: If you can't make it and forget to let us know, no worries! But please note, a No-Call/No-Show means 50% of the service charge. We all love a heads-up!
*Late Arrival Policy: We understand! If you're more than 15 minutes late to a fill, and if you're more than 30 minutes late foe a full set, we'll have to cancel your appointment and charge 50% of the service fee. We're all about making sure every client gets time they deserve, so please be on time!
